This document governs the relationship between PetaPulseSync and its users. By accessing our data automation infrastructure and pulse sync solutions, you agree to the operation protocols outlined below.

User Accountability & Eligibility
To utilize PetaPulseSync, you must represent a valid legal entity or be a person of at least 18 years of age. Accessing our high-performance environment requires the maintenance of secure credentials. You are responsible for all synchronization activities occurring under your account profile.
System Integrity
Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer our pulse sync protocols or bypass the internal automation safeguards designed to protect peak performance.
Access Governance
We reserve the right to suspend any instance found to be interfering with the global synchronization fabric of the PetaPulseSync network.
Intellectual Property Claims
All software, algorithms, proprietary pulse sync interfaces, and design assets are the exclusive property of PetaPulseSync. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform solely for authorized data synchronization operations.
Redistribution of our internal logic or any derivative works of our automation suites is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from our legal department in Tokyo.
Usage Restrictions
- Automated scraping of our platform metadata outside official APIs.
- Impersonation of PetaPulseSync technical personnel or agents.
- Propagation of malware via synchronized data streams.
Disclaimers & Limitations
Section 4.1
Software Warranty
PetaPulseSync services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime in our pulse sync environments, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Data automation results depend heavily on the quality of input provided by the user.
Section 4.2
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PetaPulseSync be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) arising from the use or inability to use the sync hub infrastructure. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the six months preceding the claim.
Section 5.0
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or your use of PetaPulseSync shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tokyo.
